Many years ago, a solitary figure clothed in a loin cloth, firmly holding on to his stick of principles and ideologies, set out on an expedition…
He traversed the difficult pathways full of struggles and opposition, all this to unearth the greatest treasure for His people…
In the route, He gave out the definition of ‘Freedom’, before…
… Ultimately discovering His long cherished dream, the Priceless Gem, My Country – ‘The Free India’...
And leaving behind an inspirational legacy for generations to come...
...That great figure was none other than 'The Mahatma', Mahatma Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, a significant figure of the Indian Freedom Struggle
and an architect of Indian Independence...
and an architect of Indian Independence...
Mahatma Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (2 October 1869 – 30 January 1948)

ReplyDeleteNice post Arti. He had his reasons... some were good, some made us suffer... But he did what he thought was right... I don't know if he indeed deserves the title 'Father of the Nation' but won't oppose it because I may be labelled 'anti-secular'.
